What to Include
Give your artist the information they need to understand your project
Providing complete information in your first message will help your artist understand the idea, assess whether it suits their style and advise you more effectively.
Reference images should be used to communicate the subject, style or atmosphere you are looking for. Your artist will create an individual design rather than directly copying another artist’s tattoo.

What Happens Next
Your artist will review the project and respond directly
Please allow up to seven days for a response. Every artist manages their own schedule alongside appointments and design work, so replies may not be immediate.
Your artist may ask for further details before offering an appointment. Larger or more complex projects may require additional discussion about the design, placement and number of sessions.
Appointment availability differs between artists and will be confirmed directly with you.

Securing Your Appointment
A deposit is required before your booking is confirmed
Your appointment is not secured until the requested deposit has been received. The deposit amount and payment method will be confirmed by your chosen artist.
All resident artists at SVNR Studio are self employed and manage their own payments. Always use the payment details provided directly by your chosen artist.
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
DEPOSITS CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON
PAYMENT IS MADE DIRECTLY TO YOUR ARTIST
THE REMAINING BALANCE IS AGREED WITH YOUR ARTIST

Managing Your Appointment
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost, and a new deposit will be required before another date can be arranged.
Deposits cannot be transferred to another person. Appointments following a cancellation or missed booking are offered at the artist’s discretion.
