The artist
JAMES
With more than five years at SVNR Studio, James specialises in custom illustrative and fine line tattoos. His work combines considered composition, confident linework and intricate detail to create distinctive designs with a strong sense of character.
Based at SVNR Studio in Farnborough, Hampshire, James works collaboratively with each client to develop personal ideas into balanced, individual tattoos designed specifically for the person wearing them.

The Approach
Each project begins with an understanding of the idea, placement and scale of the tattoo. James considers how the composition, linework and individual elements will work together before refining them into a cohesive final design.
From minimal fine line pieces to more detailed illustrative concepts, every tattoo is developed individually with a focus on clarity, character and how the design works with the body.

Before You Book
Important information about securing and managing your appointment
A deposit will be required to secure your appointment. Payment is made directly to James using his preferred payment method.
Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost, and a new deposit will be required to book another date.
Appointments following a cancellation or missed booking are offered at the artist’s discretion.
Additional note:
All resident artists at SVNR Studio are self-employed and manage their own diaries, payments and client communication.
